I visited @brownmatchahouse , a beautiful matcha cafe where you can enjoy high-quality teas from Yame, Uji, and beyond ☺️

What surprised me most was their Cold Whisk — not just lattes! Watching them carefully whisk the matcha with cold milk was absolutely mesmerizing and beautiful 👏💗  

The precision and care was on another level.

In Japan, many places have jumped on the matcha trend using lower-quality powder and quick methods.

But here, I found a cafe that truly respects real matcha. Their dedication to authenticity moved me deeply — even more than some shops in Japan 🥹

It reminded me how important it is to keep studying and sharing genuine Japanese matcha with the world 🍵
